Food Inc (formerly known as Emmanuel Stroobant Group) is an award-winning food and beverage hospitality group in Singapore with 4 restaurants, an event and institutional catering arm, and an F&B marketing consultancy that includes marketing and kitchen consultancy under its belt. One of the pioneers of French fine dining in Singapore with the launch of Saint Pierre in 2000, Chef-Owner Emmanuel Stroobant and his wife Edina Hong have since grown the business to include several restaurant concepts, from MICHELIN-Starred sushiya Shoukouwa to casual restaurants Kingdom of Belgians and SQUE Rotisserie & Alehouse.
In addition to managing our brick and mortar restaurants, we specialise in catering large-scale events for luxury brands, producing fresh, tasty meals for international schools, and creating bespoke F&B concepts from ideation to launch.

The Restaurants We Own
Recognised as one of the pioneers of Singapore’s modern French fine dining scene, Chef-Owner Emmanuel Stroobant and his wife Edina Hong started Saint Pierre in December 2000. Over the years, Saint Pierre has garnered numerous prestigious awards, including a Two MICHELIN Star accolade since 2019.
Another Two MICHELIN-Starred restaurant under the Food Inc. portfolio is Shoukouwa Sushi Restaurant. The fine dining sushiya received Two MICHELIN Stars in 2016 and has maintained the honour ever since.
Food Inc also owns and manages two concepts in the casual dining sector: SQUE Rotisserie & Alehouse, which faces the Singapore River, and Kingdom of Belgians, a Belgian restaurant along Robertson Quay.

From private residence dinners, luxury product launches to large-scale events, the exacting requirements of each event is handled by the highly trained Saint Pierre team.
As a food solutions provider, Mycelium Catering works closely with international schools to provide fresh, tasty and well-balanced meals to students, parents and teachers. Mycelium Catering currently operates the school cafeteria at XCL World Academy, EHL Campus (Singapore) – the Asia-Pacific branch campus of the world renowned Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne – and Dover Court International School.
